(Wow. I cannot recall a time I've seen so many posts that just make
me shake my head in sadness. It's painfully obvious that a code of
conduct is way outside the wheelhouse of many of the participants
in this thread.)

Nitpick: PGDG is not used. And perhaps "PostgreSQL" alone is enough?

Too specific, covered by #1. Also, no definition of "CoC committee".
