Hello!

I would like to ask your opinion and about your intuitions
on the question: is it secure to use the cvs version
of postgres instead of 7.1? (The more specific question
is below...)

Sorry for enlarging the traffic of th elist with this
possibly non-interesting question.

To be more precise: I would like to know if you think
the SUM and friends will work OK, and I do not bother
about possible hangups or crashes. I do not bother about
correct extras at the moment, but I am very interested
whether the counted results can be trusted, if I use only
a very simple, basic subset of sql.
