Patchers,
pg_ctl and initdb spanish translation files are attached. Please apply.
Note that they have to be added to both nls.mk files.
I found some inconsistencies in the messages ... will submit a patch
later.
$ LC_ALL=C msgfmt -c -v initdb.es.po
83 translated messages.
$ LC_ALL=C msgfmt -c -v pg_ctl.es.po
83 translated messages.
