pgaccess - highlighting selected item in the table list

This is a cosmetic issue, but a little annoying.

When the pgaccess main window displays a list (of tables, for example)
the selected item is not highlighted, so it is difficult to see which
is the current selected item.

Is this standard behaviour, or a bug on my particular system? If it
is standard, would it be difficult to change? (Lists containing the
output of SQL commands do show the highlighted item in a different
background colour.)
