Sorry, I’m not sure I understand.

Are you suggesting we add one (or both) of these test cases?

INSERT INTO test1 VALUES (2, NULL, NULL);
INSERT INTO test1 VALUES (2, ARRAY[NULL, 222], ARRAY['d', NULL]);
