Have you checked with your AV provider that it is not a false positive?
I do not think it is necessary for you to be posting this every day.

Hi All,

after I had installed PostgreSQL windows version 8.2.5, I ran
anti virus program.

It showed me that the program C:\Program
files\PostgreSQL\8.2\bin\reindexdb.exe
is infected by the Trojan.Downloder.Small
