Re: BUG #17289: Postgres 14.1 Windows installer fails with unknown error and terminates

Hi,

Please do the following steps to help us debug:
1. Launch the installer
2. On the error windows, don't lick "OK". Instead, take CMD and execute the
getlocales.exe (the absolute path to it) and let us know the output
