BUG #17289: Postgres 14.1 Windows installer fails with unknown error and terminates

Description:

Hello, I downloaded the file "postgresql-14.1-1-windows-x64.exe" and
executed it with administrator permission, after some time appeared an error
alert saying:

"There has been an error.
Error running
C:\Users\gcolo\AppData\Local\Temp\postgresql_installerccd88ccdd7\getlocales.exe
: child killed: unknown signal"

And then the installation wizard stopped working.
