Thanks for the review! The attached patch marks cube_out() as STABLE.
Since this change bumps the cube extension version, I think it's better to
commit it separately from the pg_proc.dat changes that mark other
GUC-dependent type output functions as STABLE. That's why I kept it in
a separate patch.
