Hi Kirill,

Thanks for reviewing v4 and for the PoC.

I think the lz4 and zstd cases are not new in 19. 18 to 18 fails the same
way
when the new build has no lz4 or zstd.

I want to limit this thread for pg19 regression, maybe your patch can
target 20?
