About error in pgadmin when making server

Hi, my name is Seungmin.

I'm trying to make Server in my Windows 7 32bit PC. pgAdmin version is
4.2.1 .

The error is occuring which says that UTF codec can't encode it(I think
it's related with Host name/address).

How can I solve this problem?
