BlockNumber targetBlock,
- otherBlock;
+ otherBlock,
+ prev_blkno = RelationGetNumberOfBlocks(relation);

Absolutely not. There is no way it's acceptable to introduce an
unconditional call to RelationGetNumberOfBlocks() into every call to
RelationGetBufferForTuple().
