yes

I don't see any reason to keep on writing mails and mails and mails, I
am sure that you, guys (and girls) have no time to that, with the 8.3
coming, the FOSDEM, the SL2008 for us in France... please go ahead, stop
useless discutions. Eventually, you can re-read the statues and check if
it is OK OR NOT.
