I've posted replacement RPMs for php3 for use with PostgreSQL-7.0.2. The
RPMs as shipped with Mandrake-7.1 were for PostgreSQL-6.5.3, and
contained a dependency on libpq.so.2.

They are at

ftp://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/binary/v7.0.2/Mandrake-7.1/RPMS/

These are simply rebuilt versions of the latest security-patch release
of the Mandrake RPMs, with a release identifier of 2mdkPG7 rather than
2mdk. Nothing was changed in the build.
