This file is generated from the SGML sources, with a minor
hand-editing using ApplixWare. No need to update it between releases;
it all gets fixed up a day or two before the release. I updated the
main branch sgml and hand-edited the v6.5.x branch for the v6.5.1
release, just because it was easiest for me, but didn't bother
updating the derived files for v6.6.

Use the SGML sources for everything but the FAQ stuff. Some of that is
on my hit list too; you notice that for v6.5 the FAQ_CVS has been
absorbed into the sgml and is now "pretty-formatted" on the web site
as a url link into the docs.
