Hi,

0001 looks good to me.

There's a leftover itanium reference in a comment in
src/include/port/atomics/generic-msvc.h

There's also a bunch of #ifdef __ia64__ in src/backend/utils/misc/guc-file.c,
contrib/seg/segscan.c and contrib/cube/cubescan.c

Otherwise lgtm as well.
