9.2 psql (and createuser, ...) is also broken:

/usr/lib/postgresql/9.2/bin/psql: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/postgresql/9.2/bin/psql: undefined symbol: pqsignal

Could we at least put a compat symbol back?
