That was Roberto Mello's PL/pgSQL dictionary. Since he's involved with
PostgreSQL again, he's made noises about re-creating it.

Note that when we adopted GForge for pgFoundry, a "code snippets
repository" was *supposed* to be one of its features. Unfortunately, we
found out after migration that that feature didn't work and was planned
for obsolesence :-(
