Recent emails in the PG lists (all of 'em, AFAICT) are going out with
List-Archive: <>
instead of the expected value, such as
List-Archive: <http://archives.postgresql.org/pgsql-bugs>
The other List-foo headers seem okay.

Some excavation in my inbox says this changed sometime between
