RE: Typo in Japanese translation of psql.

Hi all,

I found typo in Japanese translation of psql (mentioned at hackers and bugs),
and also found in initdb.

I opened bug ticket #3482 on the Patch Tracker.
Please see and review it.

However, I think you have to submit the whole po file to Patch Tracker[1] instead of a patch according to the wiki [2].
