Nope. Wrong discussion. I'm referring to a 14-item list John Proctor
and I composed to enhance PL/pgSQL and make it equal to Oracle's
PL/SQL. I'll dig through my sent mail and find it.

Not that the statement-deferrable constraints would be a bad thing, at
all.
