Acceso a postgresql desde python

Hola,

Estoy tratando de instalar el software psycopg2-2.0.8 para acceder a
postgresql desde python y obtengo el siguiente error. Vi que en el
setup.cfg existe una linea con pg_config pero no se qu'e poner ahi.
