Now that LinuxPPC v. 5.0 is shipping, and assuming that its main feature -
glibc2 instead of libc5 - may impact the way PostgreSQL compiles on that
platform, has anybody tried compiling it?

Has anybody tried compiling the current release (6.4.2) on the new
LinuxPPC? What changes are needed relative to the release?

Is LinuxPPC 5 being tested for 6.5?

Thanks for any information.
