Are there some basic instructions on getting pgAdmin3 to compile under windows?

I downloaded "wxWindows-pgAdmin3-20030831.tar.gz" and the source of
pgadmin. Where am I supposed to put the unpacked wxWindows files? I
tried to follow the DSP file and put it on "C:\wxWindows_2.5", yet,
when I tried to compile pgadmin it complained right away on #include
<wx/wx.h>.

Any ideas on th subject?
