My main issue is getting Meson to find the necessary OpenSSL libraries.
(In Visual Studio 2026 x64 command prompt)
If I run the basic "meson setup build --reconfigure" Meson will automatically find the openssl in my path, but will error out finding C header ssl.h.
If I specify the include directory then it will get further, but then give an error saying " C shared or static library 'ssl' not found"
meson setup build --reconfigure -Dssl=openssl -Dextra_include_dirs="C:\Program Files\openssl\include"
The previous msvc PostgreSQL 14 build method worked flawlessly, but the change to Meson is throwing me a curveball.
