Poor documentation search result ranking for "values"

Hi all,

As excellently organised and searchable as the PostgreSQL documentation
is, I just noticed one suboptimal result: when searching for
"values"[1], the documentation for the VALUES command[2], doesn't show
up until the second page, as result #32. Could something be done to
improve this, for example by giving higher weight to page titles?
