Si, en el php.ini esta descomentada la opcion para que carge la dll
que corresponde a postgresql, de hecho si no fuera asi no me marcaria
el error PHP Startup Unable to load dynamic librery
c:\web\php\ext\php_pgsql.dll y por ende cuando hago phpinfo() no sale
nada con respecto a postgresql, he estado buscando en inet y al
parecer hay un bug de php 5.2.6 (sobre windows) que afecta el hecho de
cargar la libreria probare con otra version.
