podrias mostrar el EXPLAIN ANALYZE y no solamente el explain? tambien
podrias mostrar el tiempo que se tarda (se muestra al final del
EXPLAIN) seria una pena estar optimizando una consulta que ya es
rapida solo porque crees que podria demorarse un par de milisegundos
menos
