Error al start

Hola gente:

En un server con debian etch y postgres 8.1 , me estuvo dando en el log
problemas de que no encuentar el pg_clog, al cabo de un tiempo los programas
me daban error de conexion en forma aleatoria y despues continuamente, al
intentar dar un stop, y luego un start me salto el siguiente error y el
postgres se murio:
