Has anyone compiled libpq as a DLL on Windows XP?
I'm trying to do this via a Samba mount using Microsoft Visual Studio
C++ 6.0 (nmake /f win32.mak in $PGSRC\src), but the compiler doesn't
seem to be able to find certain include files. (I did this a while ago
in a similar fashion with PG v.7 and Windows 98, but something seems
to be missing now).
I was hoping that perhaps someone had a libpq.dll and libpqdll.def
file they could send me (preferably with SSL support built in).
