Unable to connect to server: connection timeout expired - Asking for support

Hello pgadmin team

We are from Cemex IT support, and one of our users is having issues with the tool, he gets the following error: "Unable to connect to server: connection timeout expired"

The server administrator confirms that the server is running fine and the connection is allowed.
