I've never seen this one reported before...just doing a \d in psql:

salesorg=> \d
NOTICE: SIMarkEntryData: cache state reset
PQexec() -- Request was sent to backend, but backend closed the channel
before responding.
This probably means the backend terminated abnormally before or
while processing the request.

This one is still a v6.3.1 system...won't upgrade it until the new system
is in place (May 11th)...but figured I'd show it :)
