Fix for 8.2 release. Was: Problems to create the portuguese dictionary

Hello,

we just released fix for 8.2 release, which updates Snowball API.
Patch is available from
http://www.sai.msu.su/~megera/postgres/gist/tsearch/V2/tsearch_snowball_82.gz

It's too late to apply fix to 8.2 release, sorry.
