And, as the wu-ftpd distribution has always done, there is *nothing* to
stop someone working in 'heapam.c' from adding a personal 'Portions
Copyright(c) 1999 by Bruce Momjian' ... we put a 'blanket copyright on' to
provide a 'general cover', but there is nothing from stopping ppl from
adding more specific ones for the work they do:
