Try Orion (www.orionserver.com). It's fabulous, very fast, relatively simple
to setup and configure, and has plenty of features without being completely
overwhelming. AFAIK the Oracle Application Server uses the Orion Engine,
however - as expected - the Oracle Server costs 10 x more! An Orion
developer license is free, a commercial license is $1,500 per server.

Another nice server is Resin EE (approx. $1,000), or (for servlets and
jsp's-only) Resin Standard Edition ($500). (www.caucho.com)
