Dear Heikki,

Thank you for rebasing it, I confirmed it can be applied.
I will check the source.

Now I put the very elementary comment.
ResourceOwnerEnlarge(), ResourceOwnerRemember(), and ResourceOwnerForget()
are exported routines.
They should put below L418.
