Hello!,
Im trying to establish a connection to a cygwin-psql database with php, but
it seems to be an error.
My platform is win98, and im using cygwin-psql 7.1.1, apache 1.3.2, and
php4(downloaded from www.php.net) .
The problem ocurrs on the pg_Connect function.
This code works smooth on linux.I hope someone could give some hints for
establishing the connection.
