PGDay NYC 2013 will be held on March 22, 2013 in New York City. PGDay NYC is a one-day, multi-track PostgreSQL symposium with technical sessions focusing on PostgreSQL usage. It will cover topics for developers, DBAs, and contributors to PostgreSQL on use-cases, feature explanations, best-practices, and upcoming community work.
* Hear lessons learned from leading companies who use PostgreSQL.
* Meet face-to-face in the "hallway track" and make lasting connections.
* Engage the best and brightest in a lively job market.
* Interact with the fastest growing PostgreSQL User Group in the world.

The call for presentations is now open! The submission deadline is January 7th, 2013 at noon eastern time. All selected speakers will be notified by the evening of January 11th. Please email your proposals to papers(at)nycpug(dot)org, including the following information:
* Name
* Company (if applicable)
* Biography (a paragraph about you and your involvement with PostgreSQL)
* Presentation title
* Presentation abstract
* Additional comments that you think are useful for the selection committee
