<DIV>The programs 'postmaster' and 'psql' are needed by pg_ctl but<BR>were not found in the directory '/usr/bin'.<BR>Check your installation.</DIV>
<DIV> I checked the installation in the default package but could not find there.Cygwin Deamon is also running. Please advice.</DIV>
