ftp_put

I am trying to upload a file to our server using ftp_get and ftp_put.

When ever I try to upload the file from my Machine to the ftp server I get
this error:

Warning: error opening C:\My Documents\PHP4.doc in
/home/devel/intranet/html/upload.php3 on line 42
Ftp upload has failed!
