Not yet - I'm still working on the code. When I'm happy with it, it will
start emailling the admins of each site when more than a couple of
errors are detected in succession. It will also be replacing the
existing kludge of a system that tracks when the mirrors rsync (which in
turn automatically updates the DNS). That part of it is already running
and is far more reliable than the old code.

Suggestions for other enhancements welcome.
