Hi Karol,

As you probably saw on the list, I have now removed these files
altogether as they should normally be supplied by iodbc.

I find I can build OK on FC1/AMD64, just with a couple of
incompatible/mismatched pointer type warnings in info.c (1324, 1765,
2325, 2589, 3044, 4674) and bind.c (74, 203, 255). Dunno if you fancy
looking at this?
