This registry file should cover it.
<<psqlodbc.reg>>
Some one sent it to the lists a while back. If you drop psqlodbc.dll
into the system directory I believe this should work (I started at the 6.50
setup and have fiddled since so I don't know for sure).
As ever alter system files or the registry at you're own risk.
