pgsql: doc: Fix column name in routine_sequence_usage documentation

doc: Fix column name in routine_sequence_usage documentation

The sequence catalog column of information_schema.routine_sequence_usage
is named sequence_catalog in the view definition, but the documentation
previously called it schema_catalog. Correct the documented column name
to match the view.

Backpatch to all supported versions.
