Add missing FreeDir() in CheckTablespaceDirectory()
CheckTablespaceDirectory() did not close the directory opened with
AllocateDir(), leaving its resources held during subsequent recovery,
potentially indefinitely on a standby. Add the missing FreeDir() call.
Backpatch to all supported versions.
