Don't take the address of flexible array members
Apple clang rejects taking the address of a flexible array member that
carries a counted_by attribute. A future patch wants to add that
attribute to two such places. To avoid problems, use the array itself
instead taking its address with &, which yields the same
address. (There are a few more, but they are not candidates for a
counted_by attribute, so they are left alone here.)
