Test: fix regress.sh to set numeric PostgreSQL version number.
Non stable PostgreSQL version number e.g. "20devel" cannot be parsed
by some test scripts because they expect PostgreSQL number has numeric
only. To fix this, remove non numeric letters from the version number
string. (for example, "20devel" -> "20").
