Description:

I installed Postgresql 9.3. I was not asked for a user. I then tried to run
created clog. I get the message

C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\9.3\bin>createdb clog

createdb: could not connect to database template1: FATAL: password
authenticati
on failed for user "Jim"

C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\9.3\bin>

Is this a bug?
