running configure as such:

export CFLAGS='-O3 -fno-common -arch x86_64'
export LDFLAGS='-O3 -fno-common -arch x86_64'

./configure \
--prefix=/usr/local \
--enable-integer-datetimes \
--enable-thread-safety \
--with-libxml \
--with-libxslt \
--with-ossp-uuid \
--with-tcl \
--with-perl \
--with-python \
--with-gssapi \
--with-krb5 \
--with-pam \
--with-ldap \
--with-bonjour \
--with-openssl \
--with-zlib

During the configuration phase, I get this message:
