Dear all,

we have created the meetup group and invited to the first session.

Could you please list the meetup group on the website?

Best Regards,

Diego

I would like to start a new PUG to help the propagation of PostgreSQL in Frankfurt

great news, I was wondering why there is no such group.

I am based relatively close to Frankfurt and come around regularly, so if you need any help I can do my best.

Best regards,
Ilya

That is great news! Once you have the infrastructure set up (meetup page, etc), we would be happy to list Frankfurt PUG on the website.

I strongly recommend using Meetup.com<http://Meetup.com> to start the user group. If you need funds to help start the group, I suggest reaching out to PostgreSQL.eu<http://PostgreSQL.eu> to see if they can help.

When you have the date for your first meet up set, you can submit it as an event on PostgreSQL.org<http://PostgreSQL.org>

If you have any more questions around specifics of hosting a meetup, please don’t hesitate to ask!

Jonathan
